Hi, I'm Majd
Hi, I’m Majd. I’m a wife, a mom, and a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor. But long before the titles and certifications, I was just a young woman trying to figure out why my body felt like it was constantly fighting me.
For years, I battled painful digestive symptoms: bloating that left me uncomfortably full after only a few bites, cramping that came in waves strong enough to stop me in my tracks, and relentless belching that made social situations awkward and embarrassing. Eating became stressful instead of enjoyable, and I never knew when the discomfort would hit. On the outside, I tried to push through, but inside I felt anxious, self-conscious, and discouraged. It felt like my body was working against me and stealing the joy from simple everyday moments. That constant cycle of pain and anxiety is what finally pushed me to dig deeper and uncover the root causes of what was really going on.
Along the way, I realized my struggles weren’t just about my stomach. They showed up as inflammation in my joints, stubborn weight gain, low energy, and a cloud of anxiety that followed me everywhere. When my dad became seriously ill, I saw him get stuck in the same cycle of protocols and prescriptions that never got to the root cause. That experience pushed me to search for a different way, not just for him but for myself too.
Through years of trial, error, and education, I discovered that my symptoms weren’t random. They were signals. Once I learned how to listen to them, support my gut, calm my nervous system, and nourish my body in a way that actually fit into my life, everything shifted. My digestion calmed, my joints felt lighter, the extra weight began to come off, and I finally felt like myself again.
Now, I help other women, especially busy moms, find that same relief without the confusion and overwhelm I went through. My approach is simple and compassionate:
Support both the gut and the nervous system, because they’re deeply connected.
Create practical, doable steps that work in real life (no perfection required).
Uncover the why behind symptoms, so you can heal instead of just “manage” them.
To every mom who feels weighed down by bloating, pain, or stubborn weight gain: your body is not broken, and this does not have to be your normal. True healing is possible, and I’m here to help you reclaim your energy, your confidence, and your joy.
